Frying box or drying box for instant noodles :
It is mainly used for fying noodle or drying noodle ,and it promotes instant noodle’s dehydration and molding.
Raw materials for noodle box are stainless steel304. Box have round and square shape which made many small holes. It has different width based on the noodle making equipment.
Kingdoo frying or drying box characteristics
1. The hole percentage is as large as 45%-50%
2. Angle R at the bottom of the box is a round hole,so oil gets in and out smoothly and no oil is retained in the frying box.
3. Punching hole at the side of the drying box enables the oil to get in and out smoothly and ensures uniform noodle frying.
4. Frying box’s tensile side surface is smooth,the tensile trace is light ,and groove is unseen.
Oil filtering fast,therefore reducing chances of noodles attached with oil
5. The welding is solid ,smooth ,neat and free from cracks or droppings.
6. The frying box has smooth and neat inner wall free from burrs,bluge or dough dropping .
