1. Definition of noodle slitter: the noodle cutter is famous for cutting noodle. It is a pair of opposite and equal speed rotating gear roller with mutual teeth, which cuts the slice into strips.
2. The significance of noodle slitterto instant noodle: the noodle cutter is the final process in the noodle making process, which plays a crucial role. The quality of noodle line is closely related to the performance of noodle cutter.

Noodle comb: it is a metal to comb to tooth groove of the noodle slitter, It is also knows as comb and cutter comb.
Characteristics of Kingdoo noodle comb:

So noodles can’t be fried,steamed thoroughly.
The pressure port should have appropriate pressure. If the pressure is excessive,the corrugation will be too dense; if the pressure is small,the corrugation will be too sparse,and too small pressure will result in shaping impossible.

2.Angle R at the bottom of the box is a round hole,so oil gets in and out smoothly and no oil is retained in the frying box.
3.Punching hole at the side of the drying box enables the oil to get in and out smoothly and ensures uniform noodle frying.
4.Frying box’s tensile side surface is smooth,the tensile trace is light ,and groove is unseen.
Oil filtering fast,therefore reducing chances of noodles attached with oil
5.The welding is solid ,smooth ,neat and free from cracks or droppings.
6.The frying box has smooth and neat inner wall free from burrs,bluge or dough dropping .
